South Carolina Service Areas
Based in North Augusta on the Georgia border, our concrete crews provide residential, commercial, and emergency repair flatwork throughout Aiken County and across 63 South Carolina communities.
Aiken County (Hub & Tier 1)
Under 25 minutes from our central North Augusta yard. Daily residential driveway pours, custom patios in Hammond's Ferry and Woodside, and rapid emergency void repairs.
Savannah Valley & Edgefield (Tier 2)
30 to 50 minutes. Specializing in rural shop slabs, pole barn concrete floors, peach orchard equipment pads, and shoreline retaining walls along Clarks Hill / Lake Thurmond.
Midlands & Lake Murray (Tier 3)
60 to 90 minutes along I-20 and US-1 corridors. Full commercial flatwork, retail dumpster pads, and major residential additions across Columbia, Lexington, and Chapin.
Tier 1: North Augusta Hub & Aiken County (Under 25 Minutes)
Fastest dispatch times. Daily pours, emergency slab stabilization, and on-site visits within 24 to 48 hours.
Aiken County, SC
Hub county page. Deep Sandhills sand in the south and east, red clay toward the Edgefield line, and heavy Hurricane Helene tree-fall damage (Sept 2024). Driveway aprons on state routes need an SCDOT encroachment permit.
Belvedere, SC
Unincorporated suburb (pop. 5,380) on North Augusta's northeast edge. Its 1950s–60s brick ranches from the Savannah River Plant boom still have narrow original drives and stoops.
Murphys Estates, SC
Edgefield County CDP (pop. 1,719) just north of North Augusta, so permits go through Edgefield County, not the city. Large lots where gravel drives get concrete aprons and parking pads.
Clearwater, SC
Horse Creek Valley mill community (pop. 4,079) on low ground off Belvedere-Clearwater Road. Slow-draining yards undercut slab edges, so swales and splash pads matter here.
Beech Island, SC
First counted as a CDP in 2020 (pop. 1,412). River-bottom farmland south of North Augusta near Redcliffe Plantation State Historic Site, with barn floors, shop slabs and long rural drives.
Burnettown, SC
Small incorporated Horse Creek Valley town of mill-era cottages on tight lots. Back-yard patios often need line-pumped or wheelbarrow pours because a mixer truck can't reach.
Gloverville, SC
Horse Creek Valley CDP (pop. 2,406) with many manufactured homes and 1970s–90s infill. Common requests are home pads, carport slabs and skirting footers.
Langley, SC
Built around Langley Pond, the old mill pond that is now a park used for rowing and paddling events. Sloped pond-side yards need retaining walls and stepped walks.
Warrenville, SC
Former Horse Creek mill village (pop. 1,134) in Aiken County's kaolin belt. Slick kaolin-clay pockets swell under slabs, so soft subgrade is cut out and replaced with stone.
Graniteville, SC
William Gregg's 1845 mill village, now the Graniteville Historic District (a National Historic Landmark). Avondale Mills closed in 2006, and the cottages now being renovated need walks and steps that fit the district.
Aiken, SC
Horse country (pop. 32,025). Hitchcock Woods and the Horse District's deliberately unpaved roads bring barn aisles, wash racks and equestrian pads, plus Whiskey Road subdivision driveways under City of Aiken permits.
Tier 2: Surrounding Counties (30 to 60 Minutes)
Edgefield, Barnwell, McCormick, and Saluda counties. Farm pads, lake-lot retaining walls, and residential flatwork.
Edgefield County, SC
Part of North Augusta itself lies in this county. Piedmont clay starts here (the clay behind Edgefield's 1800s alkaline-glazed stoneware) and it heaves under slabs poured without a proper base.

Farm and timber town in northeast Aiken County. Pole-barn floors, equipment pads and long driveway aprons off rural roads.

Barnwell, SC
Courthouse square with the 1858 free-standing vertical sundial, near Lake Edgar Brown. Downtown sidewalk and storefront step repair.
Williston, SC
US-78 town in Barnwell County between Aiken and Blackville. Sandy Coastal Plain lots where carport slabs and shop floors need a compacted stone base.
Blackville, SC
Next to God's Acre Healing Springs. Spring-fed, wet low ground means vapor barriers and raised gravel bases under slabs.
McCormick County, SC
Lake Thurmond shoreline with Hickory Knob State Resort Park and Baker Creek State Park. Steep lake lots need retaining walls and stepped walks down to the dock.
McCormick, SC
Gold-rush town named for Cyrus McCormick, who bought the Dorn gold mine. Old downtown sidewalks plus newer retiree homes toward the lake.
Saluda County, SC
Ridge peach orchards in the south and the upper reaches of Lake Murray to the east. Farm pads and lake-lot retaining walls.

Columbia metro, Lake Murray, Greenwood, Sumter, and surrounding regions for scheduled residential and commercial projects.
Lexington County, SC
Fast-growing Midlands county around Lake Murray (about 50,000 acres). New-build driveways and patios have to meet county stormwater rules.
Lexington, SC
One of the state's fastest-growing towns. In HOA subdivisions, stamped patios and driveway widenings need architectural approval first.
West Columbia, SC
Riverwalk on the Congaree and 1940s–60s houses on the streets off State Street, with narrow original drives and cracked front walks.
Cayce, SC
Low lots on the Congaree River floodplain, many of which flooded in October 2015. Drainage-first slab work and washout repairs.

Chapin, SC
Brands itself the Capital of Lake Murray. Lakefront patios, boathouse paths and retaining walls on steep shoreline lots.
Seven Oaks, SC
CDP (pop. 14,652) between Irmo and St. Andrews. Mature oaks in its 1970s–80s ranch neighborhoods have root-heaved sidewalks and drives.
St. Andrews, SC
