Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website fpcconstructionsc.com and any contracting agreements, estimates, or construction services provided by FPC Construction.

1. Estimates and Proposals

All preliminary estimates are subject to on-site physical evaluation of property elevations, underground utility clearances, and subsoil conditions. Written proposals remain valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise noted in writing.

2. Subsurface Conditions & Unforeseen Obstacles

While our crew conducts standard pre-pour subgrade evaluations and calls for utility locates (SC811), underground obstacles such as unmarked private irrigation lines, unrecorded buried pipes, boulders, or deep buried trash debris are outside the scope of standard surface proposals.

3. Concrete Nature & Hairline Shrinkage

Concrete cures through chemical hydration. While FPC Construction utilizes 4,000+ PSI low-water ready-mix, compacted stone aggregate bases, tied Grade 60 #4 rebar, and laser-cut contraction control joints at recommended intervals, microscopic hairline shrinkage checks are an inherent characteristic of Portland cement and do not indicate structural failure.

4. Governing Law & Licensing

All contracting agreements and operations are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Commercial work is performed under SC LLR Contractor's Licensing Board credentials and residential work adheres to the SC Residential Builders Commission standards.

5. Independent Ownership

FPC Construction LLC is an independently owned and operated South Carolina contractor led by founder Filemon Pineda. Headquartered at 584 Ridge Road, North Augusta, SC 29860, we deliver high-durability residential concrete, commercial flatwork, excavation, structural foundations, and storm water drainage systems across Aiken County and the Central Savannah River Area.
